These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Steadora.app, including its website, subscriptions, app experience, and related services.
Service scope
Steadora is a subscription wellness support product that offers guided reflection, emotional regulation tools, journaling, habit support, and AI-assisted prompts. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency response.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use Steadora for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Subscriptions and billing
Access to the main Steadora app requires an active paid subscription. Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. Plans renew automatically unless canceled through the billing portal before the next renewal date. Fees are subject to the pricing shown at checkout.
AI-assisted content
Some features use AI-generated responses to support reflection and coping. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for how you use the information provided through the service.
Therapist mode acknowledgment
Steadora may offer an optional Therapist mode for therapist-style AI communication. This mode remains AI-generated and may contain errors. Enabling Therapist mode requires an in-app electronic acknowledgment and signature, and does not create any therapist-client or healthcare relationship.
No professional relationship
Using Steadora does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial advisor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. If you need professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support, seek a qualified provider or emergency services.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, scrape protected content, reverse engineer prohibited components, or use the app in a way that harms others or violates law.
